    Welcome to The Retreat Sandhurst, where calming, spa-like treatments meet flawless finishes for everyday confidence and special occasions.

     

    The Retreat Sandhurst is an appointment-only salon, meaning visits are by pre-booked appointment only.

    This also applies to purchasing gift vouchers.

    If you’d like to buy a gift voucher, please get in touch ahead of time and I’ll be happy to arrange a suitable time for you.

  • Parking & Arrival

    Getting Here

    Parking:

    Two visitor parking spaces (No.16 & 30) are on the left-handside of the car park along with a dedicated salon parking bay for Suite 4 (No.26) Additional parking is available on Florence Road.

     

    Entrance:

    The main entrance is on the left-hand side of the building. Please head upstairs and use the buzzer system — select Suite 4 to be buzzed in. You will arrive in the waiting area and will be collected shortly.

     

    Please refer to the gallery for a visual guide to parking and arrival.

     

    Please note:

    • Please do not press the buzzer more than 5 minutes before your appointment

    • This location is accessed via stairs



    Cancellation Policy:

    *You can cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before. On the day cancellations/no shows will incur a 100% charge, and 24-48 hours cancellations will incur a 50% charge. 

    Salon etiquette:

    *I operate a spa-like salon, so I kindly ask that mobile phones are on silent, and voices are kept low.

    *Please fill out your online consultation form prior to your first appointment. There is a box at the bottom where you can let us know if you would like a quiet or chatty treatment.
